Mac OS X Dial-Up Set Up

1. Open your System Preferences panel and choose Network.

2. Under PPP, choose Internal Modem (or External Modem if that is your option). Enter your account information and Net Idea's toll-free dial-up connection number. Then choose Dial Now.

3. To show the modem status in the menu bar, check the related checkbox. Choose Connect to dial-up. To connect or disconnect, click the modem icon in the menu bar and select connect or disconnect.
