Publishing FrontPage Websites

The Net Idea can accomodate sites designed using Microsoft FrontPage, however, you need to publish your site using FTP instead of the FrontPage Server Extensions.

Getting Started

First you need to configure FrontPage so that it knows the kind of web server you are using.

1. Click on the Tools menu, and select Page Options.
2. Click on the Compatibility tab.
3. Set the Servers: list to Apache server.
4. Uncheck 'Enabled with Microsoft FrontPage Server Extensions'
5. Click OK to save your changes and return to FrontPage.
